About Box Residential
Box Residential is a small Independent Chartered Surveying company located between Chelmsford and Southend in Essex. The company was started in 2014 by David Broad MRICS.
Box Residential specialises in private surveys on residential properties in south and mid Essex. Clients are mainly private individuals purchasing properties, companies, solicitors and accountants.
We have worked for over 30 years in the local area and able to use considerable local knowledge to provide a professional service. Much of our work comes from personal recommendations and repeat business. We are always happy to offer personal quotes and free advice on the type of survey required. We have also undertaken dementia awareness and are now Dementia Friends
