How long will it take?

How soon the survey can be booked in, will depend on several factors such as current levels of work and availability of the Vendor. The report will normally be ready within 5 working days of the inspection. If required, the surveyor may telephone you on the day of the inspection to give you a brief

How much will a survey cost?

Fees for a level 2 Home Survey are based on the value of the property starting at around £475 for a property value of up to £200,000. A level 3 Building Survey starts at £600 for a property value of £200.000. VAT is included at 20%.
